Hi, I’m Miguel (he/him), a licensed mental health counselor passionate about helping individuals navigate their journey toward well-being and fulfillment. With a warm, humorous, and empathetic approach, I create a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe in showing up authentically in our sessions to help you feel comfortable doing the same.
